CSU provides a variety of training geared specifically for the federal sector employees, EEO practitioners. We provide annual training options as well as continuing refresher training for EEO counselors, Reasonable Accommodations and Mediators, as well as customized training, to meet your organizations specific needs. CSU classes address issues important in the federal workplace, and are offered throughout the year; virtually or in-person.

Lorraine Burnett-Hill
Founder/CEO
Lorraine served as the Command Deputy Equal Employment Opportunity Officer at the Department of the Navy, Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (N1)(Manpower, Personnel, Training, and Education-MPTE); responsible for managing MPTE’s EEO and Diversity Programs.
Lorraine has provided:
- Advisory opinions on administrative procedures and processes, wrote and published organizational and managerial policy for mitigating Federal complaints of employment discrimination;
- Technical assistance, and designed training and program operating procedures consistent with Department of Navy and EEOC guidelines, which included monitoring the domain’s EEO and Affirmative Employment Programs, interpreting Civil Rights Laws, Federal equal employment opportunity (EEO) and personnel rules and regulations, Executive Orders, and Judicial decisions assuring equity of equality throughout the MPTE enterprise.
